Bookings
A card is required to secure your booking. We recommend arriving a few minutes early so your treatment can start — and finish — on time.
Upon Arrival
Please arrive on time and ensure electronic devices are turned off. When entering and using the space, we ask for quiet voices to keep the experience relaxing for everyone in the salon.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change — we just ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer your spot to another client.
Pre-paid Series Treatment Packages
Series packages are designed to be used within the treatment plan Kim recommends, so results build the way they're intended to.
